Registration region checks
We check the connection IP identified by the server against a local IP country database to determine registration availability, without using your name, nationality or interface language. Registration from mainland China IP addresses is restricted. Lookups run locally on CWM servers; your IP is not sent to the geolocation data provider. Proxy/VPN routing and database accuracy can cause IP location to differ from physical location.
Registration security checks
Registration uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser, device and network signals needed for verification. CWM sends the verification token to Cloudflare and checks its hostname and purpose. We do not send your password, card details or submitted business data to Turnstile.
Information we process
CWM is operated by Techsun Computer Science Corp. We process account email, name, hashed passwords, workspace and agreement acceptance records; necessary access and request logs for security and troubleshooting; and business data, task settings and service results submitted by you or workspace members. Submit only data you are authorized to use and provide legally required notices and permissions.
Google sign-in information
Google sign-in requests only openid, email and profile identity scopes. We use your Google identifier, verified email and name to create, link or authenticate a CWM account. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts access. Google handles your Google password; CWM does not receive it. Returned tokens support server-side identity verification and are not persistently stored as credentials to access other Google services. Google identity information is not used for ad targeting, sale or unrelated general model training.
Purposes and service providers
We process necessary information for authentication, analysis or adaptation you request, workspace collaboration, security, support and credit billing. Providers may supply identity, hosting, model computation and payments; connector access depends on what you enable. Disclosures are limited to relevant service needs or legal requirements. Processing may occur outside your location, subject to applicable law and relevant processing arrangements. This notice does not authorize publication or sale of your business data.
Payments and retention
Stripe handles credit cards and payment authentication for credit purchases. CWM retains necessary customer identifiers, order amounts, payment status, receipt references and credit accounting records, without full card numbers or security codes. Data is retained as necessary for services, user settings, security, audits and legal obligations. Account closure or business-data deletion may not remove the minimum records required by law or for billing disputes.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies maintain sessions and Google authorization state and security checks. Local storage holds language preferences and temporary analysis drafts. These purposes are not advertising tracking. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. Browser controls can clear locally stored drafts and language settings.
Controls, revocation and contact
Use available workspace export, deletion and access controls. Request access, correction, deletion or object to processing through your workspace administrator or existing written/service-order contact with Techsun Computer Science Corp.; identity verification may be required. Revoke CWM access in your Google account’s third-party connections. Revocation affects future Google sign-in and does not automatically delete CWM account or accounting records lawfully retained. Google-only accounts should establish another secure sign-in method before removing the association. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or security codes in requests.
Updates
Published October 2, 2026. Material changes are communicated through service pages, the workspace or account email. Data uses requiring additional consent are explained separately. This notice complements the service and billing agreement and does not replace specific processing agreements required by law.
