CWM User Agreement

Techsun Computer Science Corp.
Version and publication date: 2026-10-02

You must actively agree before registering. No card is required at signup. Link a payment method when buying credits and confirm each purchase.

1. Agreement and services

This agreement is between you and Techsun Computer Science Corp. (“we”) for CWM, its workspaces, APIs, predictions, decision support and billing services. It takes effect when you actively agree and submit registration. You must be old enough to enter this agreement under applicable law and authorized to act for any organization you represent. A separately signed service order controls matters it expressly addresses. Non-waivable statutory rights remain protected.

2. Accounts and workspaces

Register with an email, password and password confirmation. Passwords must contain 12–128 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters and a special character. Registration does not require email verification or a credit card. Provide a usable email, safeguard credentials, manage workspace permissions and promptly report suspected account compromise. Account trading, impersonation and fraudulent or bulk accounts used to obtain promotional credits are prohibited.

3. Credits and signup promotion

CWM uses prepaid service credits. The current purchase rate is 10,000 credits per US dollar. Credits pay only for CWM services; they are not deposits, legal tender, investments or a general payment instrument, bear no interest and cannot be transferred. New accounts currently receive 500,000 promotional credits once in their initial workspace. Promotional credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Historical grants retain their recorded amounts without automatic supplements or repeat grants. Credits currently have no automatic expiry. Any future expiry for newly purchased or issued credits will be disclosed before purchase or acceptance.

4. Purchases, cards and refunds

Only a credit purchase requires a valid payment method through Stripe, associated with the workspace’s payment account. Each purchase requires your confirmation of its amount. Accepting this agreement does not authorize automatic top-ups, recurring charges or a purchase. Stripe processes card details and authentication; CWM does not store full card numbers or security codes. Credits are added after server verification of successful payment, without duplicate crediting for repeated notifications. Promotional credits and services already consumed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or for verified duplicate charges, billing errors or services not delivered. Requests to refund unused purchased credits are reviewed against the order, actual use and applicable law. Approved refunds use the original payment channel and remove corresponding credits. Returned funds or payment disputes may leave insufficient credits and pause paid usage. The purchase confirmation shows the final amount and applicable taxes.

5. Usage and pricing

Credits are deducted using the quotation and rate version you accept and measured usage. Events, prediction scores, decision responses and separately confirmed platform, adaptation, monitoring or development services may use different billing units. Review balances and entries in workspace billing. Insufficient credits or exhausted promotional trial allowances may pause relevant paid actions. Buying credits does not automatically activate a separately priced plan or extend promotional trial eligibility. Additional services, objectives and custom work require separate confirmation. Price changes apply to new quotations or orders accepted after notice and do not rewrite settled usage. You may request investigation and correction of billing errors.

6. Data, inputs and outputs

Ensure you have the rights and necessary permissions to submit data about consumers, employees and others. You retain existing rights in your inputs. To the extent permitted by law and of rights we can assign, you own outputs generated for you. Outputs may resemble those of other users; originality or eligibility for intellectual property protection is not guaranteed. You grant only the data-use permissions necessary to deliver services, perform adaptation or training you enable, maintain security, manage billing and comply with law. This agreement does not authorize selling your data, publishing business data or using it for unrelated general model training. Review data scope and third-party terms before enabling connectors or vendors. Personal-data processing must comply with applicable law and separately agreed processing requirements; this agreement does not replace privacy notices or necessary consents.

7. AI results and human review

CWM provides analysis and decision support. Predictions, recommendations and generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and do not guarantee revenue, purchasing behavior or business outcomes. Verify results against real data, business rules and human review before taking marketing, eligibility, pricing or other actions. Do not rely solely on outputs for high-risk decisions affecting individual rights. Qualified professionals must take responsibility for medical, legal, financial and other professional judgments.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use CWM for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, discrimination or infringement of privacy or intellectual property. Unauthorized data access, service disruption, attacks, bypassing safeguards or usage limits and unlawful extraction of protected models, code or technology are prohibited. Honor applicable opt-out, marketing-objection and deletion rights when using consumer data. We may take necessary and proportionate measures for confirmed abuse or security incidents and explain reasons and available remedies where permitted and practical.

9. Changes, suspension and termination

We reasonably maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability of every feature. Maintenance, failures, vendor outages, security incidents or legal requirements may restrict or suspend access; we provide notice where practical and reasonably work to restore service. You may stop using CWM and request account closure, available data export or deletion, subject to necessary billing and legally required retention. Material breach, fraud, security risks or legal prohibitions may result in suspension or termination, with explanations and opportunities to remedy where reasonable. Termination does not remove lawful accrued payment obligations or automatically exclude statutory refund rights for unused purchased credits.

10. Responsibility and liability

Each party is responsible for its own breaches of this agreement and law. Except for express commitments in a written service order or legal requirements, we do not guarantee suitability for every purpose or fully accurate outputs. Where law permits, neither party is liable for indirect losses that could not reasonably be foreseen; aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the greater of service fees you paid in the preceding twelve months or US$100. These limits exclude liabilities that law prohibits limiting, fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, legally required refunds and your lawful accrued payment obligations, and do not affect non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Updates and notices

We publish agreement versions and retain the version and time accepted at registration. Material changes affecting fees, data use or principal rights receive reasonable advance notice and renewed consent where needed, without retroactive changes to settled orders. Service notices may appear in your workspace or go to your account email; this is not consent to unrelated marketing. If you disagree with a new version, you may stop affected new use before it takes effect and request handling of your data and unused purchased credits.

12. Contact and disputes

Raise account, billing, refund and data-rights requests through existing written communication with Techsun Computer Science Corp. or contacts listed in your service order. Include workspace or order details without passwords, full card numbers or security codes. The parties first seek a good-faith resolution. Unresolved disputes go to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law unless a valid alternative is separately agreed in writing. This agreement does not designate an unconfirmed business location or waive statutory access to legal remedies. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder. Where law permits, the Chinese version controls discrepancies with the English translation.
